BECO announces that a new restaurant will be joining the commercial tenants at our mixed-use development, Bridgeport. Manager of Business Development, Jeff Stone, successfully leased the space at 1301 Bridgeport Way to M & M Hospitality Group. They will be operating an Italian restaurant and bakery in the space under the name, Amedeo’s.
Amedeo’s restaurant and bakery will occupy a total of 7,778 square feet of the building and will serve as an additional dining option for Suffolk locals and residents of 3800 Acqua Apartments.
M & M Hospitality Group will be the seventh commercial tenant to lease a space at Bridgeport next to businesses: Fin & Tonic, La Parrilla, Orangetheory Fitness, Edward Jones, Breeze Dental, and Salon on Pointe.
M & M Hospitality Group is well known in the area for their ownership and operation of Decoy’s Seafood, River Stone Chophouse, Vintage Tavern and Bennett’s Creek Marina.
